ALBATROSS is a powerful visual journey into the heart of a gut- wrenching environmental tragedy. On Midway island, in the remote North Pacific Ocean, tens of thousands of Laysan albatross chicks lie dead on the ground, their bodies filled with plastic. ALBATROSS unflinchingly explores the grief of this tragedy, but ultimately brings us to a deeply felt experience of beauty and love for life on Earth. Stepping outside of traditional documentary film style, ALBATROSS delivers a profound message of reverence and renewal.
